All organisaton data is held securely by EzeTime and shall not be made available to anyone other than the users of said organisation.

It is the responsibility of users to ensure passwords are kept secure. Administrators are responsible for ensuring those accessing an organisations data are permissable users.

EzeTime will not provide access to or copies of raw data. All data is deleted from a secure database on account removal and is not recoverable.


Ezetime provides all users with a method of opting out of emails. This excludes critical system information emails that may be sent to an organisations administrator from time to time.

Ezetime is not responsible for informing users of privacy policies or terms and conditions from 3rd party websites that are used.


EzeTime reserves the right to monitor any and all user activity. EzeTime can access users data at any time.

This monitoring maybe for the purpose of ensuring system reliability or for data integrity purposes. Under no circumstances will EzeTime access any data with the express permission of the associated account owner.

Aggregated, non-identifying data is excluded from the above condition, and will be monitored and used by EzeTime in order to ensure system reliability and that ongoing improvements are implemented to meet the needs of users.

Payment Information

EzeTime does not store any payment information. All payment information is securely managed by PayPal; you should ensure you have reviewed their terms and conditions before making any payment.
